By accessing and playing Drift Rush, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Description of Service
Drift Rush is a free, browser-based drift racing game available on the web and through Reddit (Devvit). The game is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.
3. In-App Purchases
When played through Reddit, optional purchases may be available using Reddit Gold. These purchases (such as the Drift Rush King flair) are cosmetic only and are governed by Reddit's terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to exploit, modify, reverse-engineer, or use the game for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to use automated tools or bots to interact with the game.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content, including code, graphics, audio, and design, is the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Drift Rush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to loss of data or device issues.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or these terms at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
